Every project judged. Every tie decided. Every team answered.
Quorum runs a hackathon from the first registration to published results. It keeps every project reviewed while judges work asynchronously, and it spends spare judge time only where a prize is still in doubt. It says so when a podium is really a tie. It sends every team its scorecard, and shows its working on every number.

One event, start to finish
- CreateDates, tracks, prizes and a weighted rubric, locked and hashed before anyone registers.
- SubmitTeams join by invite link and draft with autosave. The deadline holds, down to the database.
- JudgeBatches of 10–12, a keyboard-first console, and reminders. Work is reassigned when a judge stalls.
- DecideCalibrated scores with their uncertainty. Focus rounds, and head-to-head tie-breaks.
- PublishScorecards and feedback for every team, plus signed protocols and certificates.
Judging that finishes
Every project reaches its review target. Stalled batches are spotted and reassigned in one click, and judges are reminded before they fall behind.
Time spent where it matters
After the first round, extra reviews go only to projects whose prize is still uncertain. The same judge hours buy better decisions.
Fair, and it shows its working
Harsh and generous judges are evened out, and the per-judge adjustments are shown. Ties are named, not hidden.
Every team answered
A feedback guarantee, then a scorecard for every team, placed or not. Judges get signed, numbered protocols.
